Responsibilities:
Will setup and run Cincinnati centerless grinders and both (2) die and (3) die cylindrical thread rolling machines. Gain sharing for efficient and productive work is offered, along with medical and other benefits.

Person to setup and run Thread Rolling and Centerless Grinder machines in a work-cell. Must be detail oriented, organized and a team player.

Experience:

CNC Machinist

Responsibilities:
Set-up and operate CNC machines and machining centers to perform various functions, such as cutting, drilling, milling, reaming, boring, and broaching of metallic and non-metallic workpieces. Position utilizes knowledge of machine tool capabilities, machinability or materials, shop math, and offsets and editing of programs with minimal help from supervisor.

Requirements:
Offsets at machine to adjust tool into machining tolerances; able to set-up and edit initial program and initial set-up to obtain acceptable first-article part in minimal time; read and interpret blueprints, planning sheets, sketches, and related technical data to determine tooling requirements, set-up procedures, control settings, and machining methods and sequence; able to identify problems and get supervisor to troubleshoot; mount, align, and secure tooling, attachments, and workpieces on machine; select and install cutting tools in machine; calculate and set machine controls to position spindle in relationship to workpiece and regulate factors, such as cutting depth, speed, feed and coolant flow; start machine and monitor display and machine operation to detect malfunctions; stop machine to change cutting tools or measure parts for conformance to blueprint specifications, using precision measuring instruments; enter commands to offset and adjust machine controls to correct malfunctions or out-of-toleranc

Experience:
Between 1 and 2 years of trade school, vocational education, work experience, or apprenticeship.

Maintenance Manager

Responsibilities:
Repair and maintain physical structures, machinery and equipment using hand and power tools. Maintain maintenance log and perform all scheduled maintenance on building and equipment, supervise janitorial, provide safety and maintenance orientation to new employees. Participate in “red team” meetings.

Requirements:
The employee is required to stand, walk, push, pull, reach overhead, and bend to the floor. The employee must also be able to exert 20 to 50 pounds of occasional force, 10 to 25 pounds of frequent force, and up to 10 pounds of constant force to move objects. The employee must be free from physical and mental deficiencies that would impair the ability to safely perform job duties.

Experience:
Five years of industrial and mechanical maintenance experience and familiarity with industry standard and OSHA safety requirements is preferred.
